Cass Hill intendss to convert theformer 1.3-acre industriapl site at 39-49 Sheridan Ave. into an office/retail/residential project. Cass Hill owns several properties downtown, includiny a 30,000-square-foot office buildingy on Monroe Street acrossd from the former printing Boyd Printing filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcyy protection inSeptember 2005.
